Independent Internal Audits
Every ISO standard requires internal audits — and doing them yourself rarely delivers the objectivity certification bodies expect. Our lead auditors run the programme for you: independent, evidence-based, benchmarked to ISO 19011:2026 guidance (which is guidance for auditing, not a certifiable standard) and delivered in plain English.
Who it's for
- Certified organisations needing an annual audit programme
- Businesses preparing for Stage 2 or recertification audits
- Groups wanting supplier or sub-contractor audits performed
- Leadership teams who need an honest, external view
Our approach
A repeatable, evidence-based method refined over hundreds of engagements.
1. Audit programme design
We map every clause, process and site into a 12-month rolling audit schedule that satisfies your certification body.
2. On-site or remote auditing
Lead auditors interview staff, sample records and observe processes using the same techniques external assessors use.
3. Findings & reporting
You receive a prioritised, plain-English report with photographs, evidence trails and clear corrective action recommendations.
4. Corrective action coaching
We coach your team through closing findings — so they stay closed at the next surveillance visit.

Scope, editions and important clarifications
ISO 19011:2026 is guidance, not a certifiable standard
ISO 19011:2026 provides guidance on auditing management systems — audit programme management, conducting audits and auditor competence. It is not a management-system requirements standard, so no organisation can be certified to ISO 19011 and no certification body can issue an ISO 19011 certificate. We use it as the benchmark for how your internal audits are planned, run and reported.
