www.isology.co.uk is operated by Isology, an independent standards consultancy based in the United Kingdom. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Isology. You can contact us at success@isology.co.uk.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, submitting an enquiry form or requesting a downloadable guide, you agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
3. Using the website
- You may use the site for lawful, personal and legitimate business purposes only.
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected database.
- You must not use automated means to scrape, harvest or bulk-download content.
- You must provide accurate information when you complete any form.
4. Enquiries and email contact
When you submit the contact form we store your details and route your enquiry to success@isology.co.uk. We aim to reply within two working days but do not guarantee a specific response time. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract for services; any engagement will be confirmed separately in writing.
5. Downloadable materials
The Plain Talking Standards guides, the Compliance Checklist and any other PDFs, articles or resources made available on this site are provided:
- for general information only;
- on an "as is" basis, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose;
- subject to the copyright statement below.
Download links issued to your email address are personal to you, are time-limited (typically 7 days) and must not be shared or resold.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, the Isology brand mark, PDF guides and the layout and design of the site — is owned by or licensed to Isology and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
You may view, print and download extracts for your own internal business use, provided you keep all copyright and trademark notices intact. You may not republish, sell, rent, sub-licence or otherwise commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.
7. Not professional advice
Content on this site and in our downloadable guides is general information about standards, accreditation and audit practice. It is not legal, regulatory or professional advice and must not be relied upon as a substitute for a formal consultancy engagement. For advice tailored to your organisation, please contact us to arrange a consultation.
8. Marketing communications
When you request a download you can opt out of future marketing at the point of submission. You can also opt out at any time by emailing success@isology.co.uk with the subject line "Unsubscribe".
9. Third-party links
The site may link to external websites, standards bodies and accreditation schemes. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those sites.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict any part of the site for operational or security reasons without notice.
